A fully automated workflow that compiles available rental properties and sends a weekly listing newsletter to realtors weekly

The Problem
Manual property listing updates were inefficient
Property managers and realtors needed an easy way to stay updated with available rentals, but:
Fragmented Systems
Listings were spread across different systems
Time-Consuming
Manual compilation of newsletters took time
Inconsistent Updates
Realtors were not consistently informed about new listings

Potential tenant referrals were being missed

Goal: Create an automated system that gathers property data and sends a weekly newsletter to realtors.
The Solution
I built an automated newsletter workflow using Zapier that:
Pulls listing images and links from Leasey
Pulls property details from Rentvine
Combines both data sources
Formats them into a structured listing newsletter
Sends the newsletter automatically every Thursday

This ensures realtors always receive up-to-date available properties.
